Apple accounts

First, create an Apple ID, which will be your Apple Developer Account using your Company e-mail address. When you have Apple ID, contact your Buddy to add that account to DECODE Developer Portal/App Store Connect. You'll receive an invite for the Developer Portal, please accept it, making sure you're using your Company e-mail address.

When that is done, create your Development Certificate and register your company provided iPhone on Development Portal. Add your new account to Xcode (please see the Download Xcode section) (Xcode -> Settings -> Accounts). Perhaps the easiest way of registering the device on the Developer Portal is to run your onboarding project on that device, which will trigger device registration on the Developer Portal. Otherwise, you can also do it manually on Devices section of the Developer Portal.

Other service accounts

As with Apple account, when accessing other services - e.g. Bitbucket, GitHub, 15Five etc. always sign in (and register if needed) using your Company e-mail. For Bitbucket and GitHub, ask your Buddy to further add you to appropriate organizations as needed.
